除非商品存在瑕疵，訂單一經確認將 不設更改或退款。

在 Kudu Garment，每一件作品都承載心意與靈魂。我們希望你真心喜歡所選之物，若有任何不合適的情況，我們樂意為你提供細心而具彈性的換貨安排。

🜃 訂單運送時間
一般我們會在 下單後 2 個工作日內 將訂單寄出。
香港 / 澳門：一般最快 1 天 到達
台灣地區：一般最快 3 天 到達
（實際時間視乎物流狀況及天氣等因素，敬請留意。）

🜃 退貨流程及條款
1. 請於收到商品後 7 日內填妥商品更換申請表。
2. 請提供 訂單編號、退貨原因，如涉及瑕疵或問題請附上清晰圖片。
3. 商品需保持 全新、未穿著、未洗滌，並附有 原包裝與完整吊牌。
4. 若非瑕疵退貨，客人而自行需承擔更換商品所產生的運費
(暫只接受以快遞/郵寄方式更換商品)
5. 經確認後，我們將提供退貨地址及相關指引。

非瑕疵退貨將不設現金退款，惟我們希望此彈性的安排，能讓你慢慢挑選真正屬於你的那件作品。

🜃 Shipping Timeline
Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
Hong Kong / Macau: ~1 day
Taiwan: ~3 days
(Subject to courier and weather conditions.)

🜃 Return Policy
Submit the form within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include order number and reason for return. Add photos if there's an issue.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
For non-defective returns, you’ll cover the shipping.
Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and steps.
No refunds for non-defective items,
but we hope this helps you find what truly belongs to you.
