除非商品存在瑕疵,訂單一經確認將 不設更改或退款。

在 Kudu Garment,每一件作品都承載心意與靈魂。我們希望你真心喜歡所選之物,若有任何不合適的情況,我們樂意為你提供細心而具彈性的退換貨安排。

🜃 訂單運送時間:
一般我們會在 下單後 2 個工作日內 將訂單寄出。
香港 / 澳門:一般最快 1 天 到達
台灣地區:一般最快 3 天 到達
(實際時間視乎物流狀況及天氣等因素,敬請留意。)

🜃 退貨條款:
1. 請於收到商品後 7 日內填妥商品退換貨申請表格
2. 如涉及瑕疵或問題請附上清晰圖片

3. 商品需保持 全新、未穿著、未洗滌,並附有 原包裝與完整吊牌
4. 若非瑕疵退貨,客人而自行需承擔更換商品所產生的運費
(暫只接受以快遞/郵寄方式更換商品)
5. 經確認後,我們將以電郵形式提供退貨地址及相關指引。

🜃 商品退貨流程:
1.退貨將以 發放線上現金抵用券 的方式處理
2.抵用券金額將依照訂單中商品的實際付款金額(含折扣後價格)發放
3.並可於官方網站以 1:1 金額 使用
🜃 商品更換流程:
1.請將欲更換的商品寄回指定地址,我們將在收到後盡快為你寄出替換商品
2.若更換商品的價格高於原商品,需補回差額
3.因部分商品為限量生產,貨僅限庫存仍可供應之商品或尺碼

Unless an item is defective, all confirmed orders cannot be modified or refunded.
Our Return Approach
Every Kudu piece carries intention and soul.
If your item doesn’t feel right, we’re happy to offer a flexible return.

🜃 Shipping Timeline
Orders are shipped within 2 business days.
Hong Kong / Macau: ~1 day
Taiwan: ~3 days
(Subject to courier and weather conditions.)

🜃 Return Terms
1.Please submit the return/exchange form within 7 days after receiving your order.
2.If the item is defective, please include clear photos for reference.

3.Returned items must remain unused, unwashed, and with original packaging and tags.
4.For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
(Currently, only courier/postal returns are accepted.)
5.Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions via email.

🜃 Return Process
1. Approved returns will be refunded in the form of a store credit voucher.
2. The voucher amount equals the actual paid amount of the returned item (after discounts)
3.The store credit can be used on our website at a 1:1 value.

🜃 Exchange Process
1. Please send the item back to the provided address.
Once received, we will ship out the replacement as soon as possible.
2. If the replacement item is higher in price, the difference will be charged.
3.As most of our pieces are limited releases, exchanges can only be made for items or sizes still in stock.
After reviewing and agreeing to the above policy,
please complete the return/exchange form.
